Welcome to our peaceful caravan retreat near Dornoch, the ideal Highland escape for couples, small families, and pet owners. Our dog-friendly static caravan welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs, so your furry companions can enjoy the adventure too.

Relax on your private decking with a table and chairs and take in the tranquil countryside views across the open fields and Sutherland hills. The quiet setting offers the perfect place to unwind, yet you’re just a short drive from Dornoch’s beaches, golf courses, and local attractions.

Inside, the cosy double bedroom features Egyptian cotton bedding, a duck-down feather duvet, soft pillows, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom includes a comfortable single bed. We provide both light summer and heavy winter duvets, so please let us know your preference before arrival.

The inviting lounge has a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a gas fire to keep you warm during the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge and all the essentials for self-catering. We’re happy to store frozen items or lend additional equipment such as an ice-maker, iron, or ironing board on request.

Guests will find complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, jams, and condiments ready for use. Fresh herbs grow in front of the caravan for you to pick, and we’re always happy to share extra supplies if needed.

For longer stays, we offer fresh linens and mid-stay towel changes. Laundry facilities can be arranged on request, and there’s a foldable airer in the wardrobe for your convenience.

We provide eco-friendly toiletries and cleaning products from Faith in Nature and Smol, helping to make your stay as sustainable as it is comfortable. You’ll also find a small selection of books and board games for cosy evenings in.
