Terms and conditions
As part of our commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, and in keeping with UK law we have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted outside. Please be aware that a penalty of £100 will be charged to the registered card if you smoke inside.Your room will be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and we request that you vacate your room by 10:30 am on the day of departure. A later departure time may be available by request.
Payment can be made by cash, card, or advanced bank transfer.
A maximum of two pets are welcome please ensure they stay off the furniture. If they sleep on the bed, we will charge your card £35 for professional duvet-cleaning costs and our petrol/driving time to Tain.
For reservations made on our website, you may cancel your reservation 48 hours before your visit; after this, you will be liable for 100% of the total tariff. For reservations made on other platforms, please refer to those booking conditions.
It is always recommended that Travel Insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.
